DEHYDRATION / HEAT STROKE

When you’re at 6000 feet elevation in San Miguel de Allende, dehydration can seem to happen out of the blue, especially if you’re not acclimated. If your body doesn’t get enough fluids the symptoms can be unpleasant; they include fatigue, headache, muscle cramps, nausea, dizziness, lightheadedness, unclear thinking, and a rapid heart and breathing rate. It’s not fun.

Generally it’s possible to stay hydrated by drinking water. Sometimes, however, an IV drip is an effective solution to get rid of the discomfort and malaise of dehydration, especially if the weather is warmer and dryer than you’re used to.

Daily fluid intake naturally varies from person to person depending on age, activity level, and basic health, but for many people reaching optimal intake isn’t always easy. That’s where we come in.

REVIVE SMA can quickly restore the fluid balance in your body, adding valuable vitamins, minerals, and electrolytes.
